How to Remove Pages From a PDF
A blank cover sheet, a duplicated page from a scanner misfeed, an outdated appendix — there are plenty of reasons to remove a page or two from an otherwise-fine PDF. Delete PDF Pages does exactly that: select the pages you don’t want, and export a new document with everything else intact.
Steps
- Open Delete PDF Pages and choose your file.
- Enter the pages you want removed — a single page, a comma-separated list, or ranges like
1-3,6,9-11. - PageFlow shows you what will remain before you export. If your selection would delete every page, you’ll get a clear error rather than an empty file.
- Export. The result contains every page except the ones you selected, in their original order.
This never touches your original file
It’s worth repeating: nothing you do in PageFlow modifies the file you uploaded. “Delete pages” doesn’t mean PageFlow edits your source PDF in place — it means the tool builds a brand-new document that excludes the pages you picked, and your original file is left exactly as it was on your device.
Multi-page scanners and duplicate pages
A common real-world case: a double-sided document scanned with a single-sided scanner produces a stack of blank or duplicate pages mixed in. If you’re dealing with this regularly, it’s often faster to delete the predictable blank pages (e.g., every even page) using a range like 2,4,6,8 than to redo the scan.
If you need the opposite
