Using PageFlow

PageFlow PDF is provided free of charge for processing PDF files you own or have permission to process. By using this site, you agree to the following:

• You will only process documents you own or are authorized to modify.
• The "Unlock PDF" tool requires you to already know the correct password for an encrypted document. It does not attempt password guessing, dictionary attacks, or brute forcing, and it will not bypass encryption for a document you do not have valid credentials for.
• PageFlow does not guarantee that every PDF feature — including interactive forms, embedded digital signatures, and unusual encodings — will be perfectly preserved through every operation. Complex or malformed PDFs may not process as expected.
• Visible signatures created with the Sign PDF tool are electronic signatures (an image placed on the page), not certificate-based digital signatures. PageFlow does not verify identity or provide cryptographic document integrity guarantees.
• You are responsible for reviewing your final exported document before relying on or sharing it.

No warranty

PageFlow is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the tools accurate and reliable, but PDF is a complex format and edge cases exist.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will update the date above.
